Terms & Conditions — k4klub Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and k4klub ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online sports betting and casino services accessible atk4klub.cam ("the Site"). These Terms govern all use of k4klub's services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, promotional offers, and all associated features of the Platform.

By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with ourPrivacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

k4klub operates under international online gaming licensing from recognised offshore regulatory jurisdictions. Players accessing the Platform from Malaysia do so at their own volition and are solely responsible for determining whether such use is lawful under the applicable laws of their jurisdiction. k4klub makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an active account on k4klub, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. k4klub enforces a strict21+ minimum age requirement and will request government-issued identification documents to verify age during the KYC process. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all associated funds forfeited, and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities where required.
• You must be a natural person (individual) and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to or participation in online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be employed by k4klub, any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or payment processors in any capacity.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order — whether requested by yourself via the k4klub responsible gambling tools or imposed by any third-party gambling regulatory body.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process. k4klub reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where false or misleading information has been provided.
• You are permitted to hold onlyone (1) active account on the Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") for any purpose is strictly prohibited.

To access the full range of services on k4klub, including the ability to deposit funds and place wagers, a Player must complete the registration process and, where required, submit documentation for KYC verification.

During registration, Players are required to provide the following information accurately:

• Full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued identification document
• Date of birth
• Valid email address
• Contact number
• Residential address
• Preferred currency (MYR — Malaysian Ringgit)

k4klub may request the following documents to complete KYC verification:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of your Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued photo ID.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the past three (3) months showing your full name and residential address.
• Source of Funds: In certain circumstances, k4klub may request documentation evidencing the legitimate source of funds deposited into your account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. k4klub will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access arises from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify k4klub immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

k4klub accepts deposits via range of Malaysian payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and Hong Leong Connect. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the time of deposit. All deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments that are registered in your own name.

k4klub does not accept deposits from third parties under any circumstances. Any deposit received from a payment source not registered to the account holder will be returned and the account may be subject to review.

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and may be subject to review by our compliance team prior to processing. Standard processing timelines are as follows: e-Wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within minutes of approval; bank transfers via FPX or DuitNow are typically completed within one (1) to three (3) business days subject to bank processing times.

Players may only withdraw funds to payment methods registered in their own name. Withdrawal requests exceding applicable thresholds will require additional documentation as part of our AML compliance procedures.

Minimum deposit amounts begin at RM30 per transaction. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and player tier. Players should consult the Cashier section of their account for current applicable limits. k4klub reserves the right to amend these limits at any time without prior notice.

All transactions on k4klub are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). k4klub does not charge currency conversion fees on MYR transactions. Any fees charged by third-party payment providers are outside k4klub's control and are the responsibility of the Player.

k4klub offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, free bets, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion in addition to the general conditions set out in this clause.

Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before the associated funds or winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) is stated within the terms of each promotion. Players should calculate the total wagering obligation prior to claiming any bonus.

While bonus funds are active in your account, a maximum bet limit applies per individual wager (typically MYR 250 to MYR 500 depending on the promotion). Placing bets in excess of this limit while using bonus funds may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winings.

Not all game types contribute equally towards the fulfilment of wagering requirements. As a general guide: slot games contribute 100%; live dealer casino games and standard table games contribute between 10% and 20%; sports betting may contribute at a rate specified per promotion. Players should review the contribution schedule for each specific offer.

All bonuses are subject to an expiry period, which is typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of isuance as specified in the relevant promotion. Bonuses that are not cleared within the applicable expiry window will be forfeited along with any associated winnings.

k4klub reserves the right to void any bonus, withold associated winnings, and suspend or permanently terminate any account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploitation of technical errors, use of automated software, hedging across multiple accounts, or any form of coordinated wagering designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotional terms.

All betting and gaming activity on k4klub is subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sport market, as displayed within the Platform interface. In addition, the following general rules apply to all wagers placed on k4klub:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their selections before confirming a wager. k4klub does not accept requests to void or amend bets after placement except in the specific circumstances outlined below.
• In the event of an obvious error in odds (palpable error), k4klub reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Players. Such decisions are made at k4klub's sole discretion and are final.
• Winings from sports betting markets are calculated based on the final confirmed result as recognised by the relevant governing body of the sport. In the event of a dispute regarding a result, the determination of the relevant governing body shall be final and binding.
• All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, which has been independently tested and audited for fairness. k4klub does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per bet type and market, as displayed at the time of wagering. k4klub reserves the right to limit the maximum payout per bet, per day, or per event at its discretion.
• Bets placed on matches, events, or markets that are subsequently cancelled or postponed will be handled in accordance with the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport or game type.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the k4klub Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or under a false identity.
• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods; providing false identity information; engaging in any form of financial fraud or deception.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other Players in any manner designed to gain an unfair advantage, including in live dealer games or poker-format games.
• Use of Automated Software: Deploying bots, scripts, automated betting systems, or any software designed to interact with the Platform on behalf of a human Player without express written consent from k4klub.
• Match Fixing or Insider Information: Placing bets based on material non-public information or in relation to matches or events in which the Player or their associates may have directly influenced the outcome.
• Money Laundering: Using k4klub for any purpose relating to the concealment or processing of proceeds criminal activity. k4klub maintains full AML compliance obligations and will report suspicious activity as required by applicable law.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargeback disputes with your payment provider for deposits made to k4klub. Such actions will result in immediate account closure and recovery proceedings.

All content on the k4klub Platform, including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, game software, text, and data ("Content"), is the exclusive property of k4klub or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of personal, recreational gambling as contemplated by these Terms. This licence does not extend to the reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any Content without the prior express written consent of k4klub.

Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of k4klub Content may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k4klub, its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any other intangible losses, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

k4klub does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. k4klub makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform, the accuracy or completeness of any information on the Platform, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, k4klub's total aggregate liability to a Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

k4klub is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe environment for all Players. The Platform provides a range of tools to help Players manage their gambling activity, all of which can be accessed through the Account settings or by contacting our support team.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit limits on their account. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased without a minimum24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum net loss thresholds, after which no further wagering will be permitted until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts to manage their time on the Platform.
• Cool-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of between 1 and 90 days. During a cool-off period, no deposits or wagers can be made.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from k4klub may request a full self-exclusion via our support team. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of six (6) months.

k4klub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy published by k4klub
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity as defined in Clause 8
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in connection with money laundering or other criminal activity
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligation requiring the restriction of the account

In the event of termination for cause, k4klub reserves the right to withold any funds held in the account pending investigation. Where termination occurs without cause at the Player's request, any valid, verified balance in the account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe subject to completion of KYC verification.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account in good standing may contact k4klub's support team at any time. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which k4klub holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies of that jurisdiction.

Players in Malaysia acknowledge that online gambling may be regulated differently under Malaysian law. k4klub makes no representation as to the legality of using the Platform in any specific jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with local laws.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

k4klub reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to the registered email address on file and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account prior to the effective date of the amendment.
